What supplies should I get for writing a story?
I need to get some supplies from an office store or something for the story I’m writing, I know I’m gonna need a binder, some folders, some pencils, maybe a three-hole puncher, etc, can somebody help me with what I need to buy? Right now I have:
Binder
Folder (Not paper, attempting to prevent my folders from being torn apart)
Pencils (For writing drafts and prewriting and any ideas I get)
Notebook/lined paper
Three-hole puncher (To use for my folders if I can’t find any with holes in them already)
Anything else I should get?
Oh yeah, also, I’m typing this story, I just usually do write out all my ideas on paper and pencil, I’m also looking for things to keep things I’ve printed and written down organized, explaining why I need a binder and folders.
Honestly, when writing a story… I don’t write. I type, on my computer:)
But, if you want to go with hand-writing your story, that is also an option too!
This is what I would get if I were you:
1. Binder
2. Loose Leaf Paper
3. Notebook
4. Pencil… a lot. (Get the mechanical kind, because the original runs out of lead too quickly).
5. A three- hole puncher (At walmart, or target, or whereever, you can get a small/flat three-hole puncher that can attach onto your binder, so you don’t have to carry it around).
6. Your Imagination
So, you basically got everything! However, you actually don’t need to get all of these supplies in order to write a story. All you could have is a notebook, a pencil, and an imagination. But all of these things do come in great handy!

Edit: You would also need a folder and erasor/ and or white-out, (like the person above me said). I think if you are an organized person, all of these items will keep your story straight and everything will be neat!
